Hourly Rates
For our hosting and care plan clients – the rate is currently $95/hr billed in 30 minute increments.
For non-hosting and care plan clients – the rate is currently $125/hr billed in 30 minute increments.
Why do we have different rates? The complexity of working on a site that has not been routinely updated, maintained, and secured by us often causes quite a bit of extra work on the backend to get it back up and working efficiently. This is one of the main reasons we highly recommend joining our hosting and care plan. By trusting us to look after your site and keep it running smoothly month to month, we’re happy to offer a discounted rate on updates, revisions and additions.
We estimate our full projects at a fixed rate, but offer our hourly rate for things that are smaller tasks like quick website updates, one-off development additions, and some graphic design work for current and past clients. If you are already a client, you know we strive to give timely and efficient service. This includes working with you to gather details up front before providing an estimate of hours before moving forward.
If you’re curious, our rate is still on the lower end of the scale compared to other web agencies and design shops with our level of expertise and customer care. (Most professional freelancers and design teams are charging anywhere between $75-$250/hr)
We intentionally keep this rate as low as we can for clients to be able to afford our hourly services when needed. Reach out with any questions or to set up a retainer of hours for some website updates!
